Our dedicated customer service team oversees the dispatch of huge quantities of rugs from our fully automated distribution centre, with EDI capability allowing full order processing within 24-48 hours. All orders are electronically tracked to ensure accurate picking and timely delivery via our own fleet of vehicles.

Melrose is committed to meticulous quality management systems and our broadly acclaimed service is soon to be formally recognised through forthcoming accreditation to BRI and ETI audits.
